Who are Banks and Smith? Elle Banks and Joanne Smith are fashion concious sims who scout for talented skinners. They then post their names and a sample of their work on this website for webmasters to check out when they are recruiting designers for their sites. Simple enough.
			Ok, so you're a skinner and you want to be on the list. This is what you need to do: To be considered, you need to send three different pictures of skins you have made (windows bitmap, or jpg files only) to the address below. It must be your own work. Then, Banks and Smith will look at your work, breaking it down into tiny pieces and inspecting every tiny detail and even comparing it to other skinners' work. They will then email you back if they think your work is good and your name and samples of your work will appear on this site ready for webmasters who are recruiting designers to see it and email you if they want to.

				This website does not offer downloads of any kind, it does not offer tutorials and it does not offer reviews. All it does is give webmasters a chance to find good skinners without having to look through hundreds of different samples of work.
